My cat dressed as a taco and actually kept the hat on for 5 minutes
I made a felt taco shell using some old cardboard and hot glue, no sewing at all. My cat Toby usually hates anything on his head, but I think the velcro strap was loose enough that he didn't mind it. Any tricks for getting a skittish pet to tolerate a hat or hood for a costume photo?

Holy COW, you got a cat to keep ANY hat on for 5 minutes? That's basically a miracle. My cat would rather fight me than wear a costume.

I mean, it's really not THAT deep. You put a hat on a cat, the cat shakes it off. Big deal. People act like it's some huge betrayal when their pet doesn't want to wear a tiny top hat or whatever. I get that it's funny to see them do it, but cats aren't dogs. They're not gonna sit there and just take it. Y'all need to chill out and just accept that some animals have boundaries.
