Spent $47 on a superhero costume for my dog that lasted 10 minutes
I grabbed a "superdog" cape and mask set from PetVault online, figuring it would be a fun Halloween look. The cape ripped right at the neck seam when my dog trotted across the yard, and the mask elastic snapped after one wear. Anyone else had trouble with those one-size-fits-all velcro costumes, or is it just my luck?

Not to be that person, but I think you meant "saw us coming" not "saw us coming on that one." But yeah, the velcro is a total scam. My dog's cape slid off before I even got the camera app open.

Forty seven bucks? For a dog costume? Man, pet stores really saw us coming on that one. Sounds like you got a classic fast fashion deal but for your pooch. The velcro thing is a joke on most of those sets, they hold about as well as a wet paper napkin. Mine couldn't even make it from the front door to the car without the cape sliding sideways. Maybe try a bandana next time, cheaper and less likely to explode.
