Finally got my moss wall to stick using fishing line instead of glue

I kept having patches peel off after a week, then tried tying the moss to a mesh backing with clear fishing line and it's been solid for two months now. Has anyone else had better luck with a non-glue method for vertical terrarium walls?

Fishing line DEFINITELY outlasts glue in a humid setup. The gel Thomas mentioned turns brittle after a few months and then you're scraping residue. Fishing line is cheap, invisible, and you just retie a loose spot in thirty seconds flat.

Whoa whoa whoa, hold up. I actually had way better luck with a simple super glue gel on the mesh. That fishing line is just gonna rot or loosen up over time, and then you're back to square one with peeling patches. Glue bonds the moss right to the backing, no fuss.
