Stop wasting cash on those fancy glass cutting kits from Amazon
Spent $45 on that popular brand that claims to make perfect terrarium cuts and all I got was a broken pane and a cutter that skipped worse than a scratched CD, anyone else have better luck with a basic $10 tool from the hardware store?

Has anyone else ever tried to cut glass with a tool that felt like it was designed by someone who's never actually cut glass before? I swear my $10 special from the hardware store has more personality than my old self - it skips and jumps like I do on a dance floor after three beers. That fancy kit probably came with a glamorous instruction manual in Dutch and a little bag of dust that was supposed to be a "precision guide." At least with the cheap cutter, when I mess up I can blame the tool and not my own butterfingers.
