The gal at the plant swap made me rethink drainage layers
She said she stopped using pebbles entirely and just mixes perlite into the soil, and at first I thought she was nuts... but then I realized my last moss ball got all soggy and gross from trapped water. Has anyone else tried skipping the pebble layer completely?
