Found out dollar store glass cleaner works better than the name brand stuff I've been buying for years

I was cleaning my bathroom mirrors last weekend and grabbed a $1.25 bottle of glass cleaner from Dollar Tree on a whim. Turns out it has the same exact ingredients as the $4 bottle I usually get from the grocery store. Has anyone else done a side-by-side comparison with their own dollar store cleaning products?

Dang that's actually wild. What I noticed is the dollar store stuff doesn't have that weird perfumey smell that lingers forever like the name brand does. I tested it on my car windows and it didn't leave those rainbow streaks either. Sometimes the cheap stuff is just the same factory run in a different bottle.

My aunt used the dollar store glass cleaner on her old picture frames and it actually worked better than the fancy stuff she had been buying for years. Now she swears by it for her whole house cleaning routine.
