Warning: That dollar store spray paint took 4 days to fully cure on my porch chairs

I figured it would be dry in a few hours like the name brand stuff, but after 3 days it was still tacky to the touch. Has anyone else had this issue with the $1.25 Rust-Oleum knockoff from Dollar Tree?

Could be the humidity in the air messing with the cure time more than people realize.

right, @bailey.sam you're probably onto something there. tried painting my front door during a foggy week and it looked like a sad, drippy mess. guess my DIY skills just can't beat basic science lol.
