My plotter decided to celebrate Friday by eating a 36-inch D-size sheet

It happened right after lunch, and I spent an hour picking confetti out of the rollers. Anyone have a good trick for calming down a hungry machine?

Wait, it ate a whole D-size sheet? That's a full-on paper massacre. I'm surprised it didn't just jam and die on the spot. Those rollers must have been a nightmare.

Yeah, had that happen once. Just power it off and pull the sheet out backwards, slow and steady.

Wonder what kind of printer it was, like a big office laserjet or an old inkjet? I've seen those D-size sheets get chewed up in a plotter before but a regular desktop printer seems wild. Did you have to take the whole roller assembly out or just fish it through the back?
