Had to pick between a new pump or a full bucket line rebuild this quarter

Went with the pump upgrade for our cutter suction dredge, and it paid off big time. We moved 15% more material last week without any extra fuel. Anyone else faced a choice like that and been happy with the call?

Read a case study where a crew chose new impellers over a full pump rebuild. Got a similar boost in output for about half the cost. Sometimes the smaller, targeted upgrade is the smarter play.
