Hydraulic hose blew on me yesterday during a routine cut near the intake

I was just doing a normal pass, nothing too deep, and then BAM a spray of fluid everywhere. Shut down quick but it made a mess on the deck plate. Had to pull the spare from the locker and swap it out in the heat. Anyone else keep spares for every size on their rig or just the common ones?

Oh, I actually just read something about this the other day! There's this whole thing in a sewing forum I lurk on (don't judge me, I can barely thread a needle) where people were arguing about loose fittings versus wrong size. Someone posted a picture of a blazer that looked all bunchy in the shoulders, and everyone was split - half said it was too big, half said the armholes were cut wrong. I've definitely bought stuff where I thought it was just loose, but after wearing it for an hour, the fabric started riding up weird. That's usually a fit issue, not a loose issue, you know?
