That time the suction line clogged solid with a boot and a tire
We were working a channel near Mobile, pulling up old riverbed junk, when the pump pressure spiked and the whole rig shuddered. I knew right away it was a full blockage, not just a rock. Shut it down, opened the inspection hatch, and found a rubber boot wrapped around a car tire jammed in the 12-inch line. Took me and two guys with pry bars over an hour to cut and pull that mess out in the Alabama heat. Lost half a day's production. Anyone else ever pull something that stupidly large out of a line?

Damn, what was the boot even doing down there?

Bell.taylor has a point about the boot, but honestly that tire is the real puzzle. A whole car tire getting down there means someone was dumping trash in the channel way before you started work. Seen it before with old washing machines.
