Found a leak from 3 years ago behind my fridge last night

I was pulling out my little boat fridge to clean behind it and found this slow drip that must have been going since I bought the place. The hose clamp was barely hand tight. Has anyone else found a leak that was hiding in plain sight for way too long?

I found a similar leak behind my bathroom vanity that had been dripping for probably a year (the wood was all soft). Tightening the hose clamp fixed it right away, but I also went ahead and replaced all the old rubber washers in that area just to be safe.

How long did it take you to notice the leak (or did someone else point it out)? I'm always worried I'd miss a slow drip like that for way too long.
