I have to shift my whole team around each time because the boards never show up when they say.

Faced constant delays from a tile supplier during my bathroom reno. It threw off every other trade's schedule. Ended up switching companies mid-job just to keep moving.

That sounds so rough... those delays from one supplier can wreck the whole timeline. Totally get why @umaprice had to switch companies just to keep things moving. Once the schedule gets messed up, it's like a domino effect hitting every other worker. Making a change mid job is a huge pain but sometimes it's the only way forward. Really glad it worked out and got the project back on track.
