Checked out a new build in Summerside last Saturday and noticed something weird about the windows

I toured a brand new infill in Summerside that was listed at $689K and every single window had foggy seals already. The builder said it's just condensation but I'm pretty sure that means they weren't installed right. Has anyone else seen this in new builds around Edmonton or am I overthinking it?

Foggy seals on a brand new place are not a good sign at all.

Check the installation date first, did they just put those windows in recently or are they from stock that sat around for months? Fog usually means the seal is already broken, so even if it's new, moisture got in and it's only going to get worse. What did the contractor say when you pointed this out to them?
