Had one random Thursday last month where I showed 4 houses and got 3 offers
I still can't figure out what made that day so different, but every single buyer was ready to pull the trigger on the spot. Has anyone else had a weird day where everything just clicked out of nowhere?

@ross.river nailed it, those random hot streaks feel like the universe just decides to hand you a win. But I'd gently push back on it making your whole month - one lucky Thursday won't fix a slow 30 days unless you already had the pipeline to back it up.
