Hit 50 showings in 2025 already and I'm shook

I just checked my calendar and I've done 50 showings since January - that's way more than I thought for this market. Anyone else seeing way more foot traffic than last year in Edmonton?

Keep a spreadsheet tracking every showing to spot which ones actually convert to offers.
