I just saw a house in Oliver sell for $50k over asking

It was a 2-bedroom walk-up listed at $325k. I've been watching that area for a year and that kind of jump is new to me. Are we seeing a real shift in the central core market?

Tell me about it, my neighbor just listed and had three offers in two days. It feels like everyone decided to buy at the exact same time this year. I was hoping to have more time to look around but now I'm just stressed. The competition for anything decent is insane right now.
