Just drove through Glenora and noticed something different
I was checking out the area near the river valley and saw three houses on the same block with 'For Sale' signs up. It felt like a lot for that neighborhood, which usually seems pretty stable. Has anyone else spotted more listings popping up in specific areas lately?

Yeah I saw that too, it's weird. My buddy lives over there and said one family moved for a job, another was an estate sale. Maybe it's just a weird coincidence, but three on one block does make you look twice. Could be nothing, or maybe people are finally cashing out with how high prices got.
