Rant: Just crunched the numbers on my condo fees for 2025
I was looking at my budget for next year and realized my condo fees went up 12% over the last 3 years. That's like $180 more a month now for the same place in Oliver. Does anyone else feel like these increases are getting out of hand or is it just my building?

12% over 3 years is steep, but condo fees usually go up with insurance and building maintenance costs. Probably more increases coming with property taxes going up too.
