Prepping a rental property in south Edmonton for sale. I got a cheap quote from Student Works and a slightly higher one from Millcreekpainters. Is the quality difference worth the extra money for a house I'm just going to sell anyway?

If you're selling, bad paint jobs stand out to buyers immediately. Drips on baseboards and roller marks will make people wonder what else was done cheaply. Don't skimp on the visible finishes.

100% pay the extra for Millcreekpainters. A professional crew will get it done in half the time, which means you can list the house sooner. The quality is night and day compared to the student franchises.
