Blew $60 on a 'special' governor cable puller that was junk
Saw this fancy tool online for adjusting governor cables and thought it would save time. Took me 45 minutes on a job in Phoenix to realize my regular screwdriver and pliers work way better. Anyone else buy a tool that just collects dust now?

Funny how the fancy stuff never beats the old tricks.

You said it "saved time" but then said it took 45 minutes in Phoenix. That's not saving time, that's a headache. I bought a cheap fuel line disconnect set once that bent after two uses, now I just use the old screwdriver trick too. Sometimes the simple stuff just works better than the fancy crap.
