Spent $300 on a professional steamer for facials and it's been a total game changer for extractions.

Yeah, the right steamer makes all the difference. I used to over-steam trying to get things to loosen up, which just made my skin angry. Now I stick to ten minutes max, and I make sure the water is distilled so there's no mineral buildup on my face. That was a big lesson. It really does prep your skin so you're not digging around and causing damage.

Honestly, I always thought those things were a total waste of money. Like, how different could it be from just putting a hot towel on your face? But I tried my friend's steamer last month and wow. It softened everything up so much that stuff just glided out with zero pressure. My usual red spots after extractions were barely there. I'm completely sold now.

Know exactly what you mean. I used to struggle with extractions for so long and it was so frustrating. Getting a proper steamer made the whole process way easier and way less painful. It really is worth the investment if you do this regularly. My skin is so much clearer now and I don't have to fight with it.
