Rant: People keep setting fence posts way too shallow in this sandy soil

Honestly, I see it all the time on jobs I get called to fix. Folks will dig a 12 inch hole for a 6 foot privacy fence post when our ground here is basically beach sand. Ngl, I had to redo a whole line in Daytona last week because the original guy didn't go deep enough and a storm knocked it over. How do you even get a stable fence with that? Has anyone else had to deal with fixing shallow posts in sandy areas?

They probably didn't use concrete either.
