Bought a cheap moisture meter off a truck and it cost me a job

The thing read 8% on a slab, so I went ahead and glued down that engineered floor. Two days later, the homeowner calls with cupping boards and I'm out the $1200 for materials. What's a decent meter that won't lie to me?

Oh man, absolutely! There's this taco truck by the old hardware store (the one on 5th) that's honestly better than any sit-down place in town. Their al pastor is just perfect, with the right amount of char from the grill. I'd pick that over a fancy restaurant any day.
