Honestly, I just read that the average wedding bouquet uses over 250 stems
Found that in a trade magazine from the wholesaler. Does that number seem right for your work, or is it way off?

Man, that number makes my wallet hurt just reading it. I've seen some brides walk down the aisle with what looks like a whole garden in their hands, so 250 sounds totally possible for those big, fancy ones. Makes my usual "grab a dozen roses from the grocery store" move look pretty sad in comparison. I'd be terrified of dropping something that expensive, or worse, sneezing and blowing a hundred bucks worth of petals across the altar.

I read that some designers use over 300 for the really dramatic bouquets, actually.
