PSA: That roadside bbq joint ruined my trip last month.

Honestly, I pulled over in my F-250 and the pulled pork was dry and cold. Tbh, the sides looked like they'd been sitting out for hours. Ngl, I got sick later that night. Check your food temps before you eat, especially on long drives.

Are you sure it was the bbq place that made you sick? I stopped at a similar spot off Route 9 last week in my truck and the food was fine. The pulled pork was actually hot and the beans tasted fresh. Sometimes your stomach just gets weird on road trips. Maybe you had a bad batch or your system was off.

Honestly a bad batch happens but is it worth freaking out over one bad meal?

Yeah but xenar14, a bad batch can mean the whole kitchen's off... not just one meal.
