Watched the first season of 'The Expanse' and then the fourth, the crew's bond is a totally different thing now.
Over those three seasons, they went from a group of coworkers to people who would literally die for each other, and it's all because of the constant threats they faced together. Has anyone else seen a show where the found family feels this earned?
Yeah, I read an article once that said shared trauma is the quickest way to build a believable found family on screen. The Expanse just lets that play out over years of story, so it never feels forced. You really buy that these people are stuck with each other in the best way.
