Rant: I dropped $40 on a set of lab pipettes and it was the best move I ever made
I was tired of ruining inks with messy drops from blunt syringes, so I grabbed a pack of 1ml glass pipettes online. The control is insane, I can mix a 5ml test batch with perfect ratios now. My 'Midnight Plum' shade went from a muddy mess to spot on in two tries because I could add dye by the single drop. Who else has a tool that completely fixed their mixing process?

Right? It's like you unlocked a secret level in ink mixing! @lewis.charlie is spot on about the guesswork just vanishing. I used to eyeball things and end up with a whole bottle of "muddy brown surprise" instead of the deep purple I wanted. Now with the pipette, it feels like I'm doing real science instead of just hoping for the best. That kind of control is totally worth the forty bucks.

Totally get that... a good set of pipettes changes everything. The precision just takes the guesswork out of the whole process. Makes you wonder why you ever tried to do it the messy way before.
