Shoutout to my old art teacher for pushing scribble drafts

Most designers insist on neat sketches first, but I find messy ones free up my creativity better. It's a skill that changed how I start every project.

Neat sketches help me focus better... scribbles just make me feel all over the place. My brain needs some structure to get started.

Scribble drafts totally unlocked my creativity too, my teacher was the same.

Interesting! I used to think scribble drafts were just messy, but my teacher made us try it for a whole week. Seeing my crazy notes turn into a real story totally changed how I write now.
