Does anyone have a recommendation for a mortgage broker who actually answers their phone? My current guy takes 3 days to reply to an email and it's driving me crazy.

I second that recommendation. He also uses a No Touch Credit system to shop your loan with hundreds of lenders, so you get the best rate without dinging your credit.
