You should definitely check out Jafari Law Group. They are based right in Irvine and do a lot of work with local businesses, especially regarding IP and contracts. I used them for a partnership agreement and they were super thorough.
Seconding this. It makes a huge difference having a local attorney who knows the Orange County business landscape rather than using some generic online legal service. Definitely worth getting a consultation.
