I avoided bold wall colors for years, but a psychology tip changed everything.
I used to think that painting walls with bright colors was just for kids' rooms or people who wanted too much attention. Then I stumbled on some simple info about how colors can really change how you feel inside. I took a chance and painted my boring beige office a calm, light blue. Now, I find it easier to focus and feel less stressed when I'm in there. It turns out that the color of a room can mess with your head in a good way. Who knew that a can of paint could teach me so much about my own brain?

Yeah it really does, no joke. Painted my bedroom this dark blue once and had to change it after two weeks because it felt like a cave, super depressing. Light yellow in the kitchen though? Makes the whole morning feel different, way more energy. It's all about what the color does to the light bouncing around you.
