Just realized my garage floor slope was pointing the wrong way

Last month I parked my truck after a heavy rain and noticed water pooling right under the engine. I always thought garage floors were flat, but turns out they need a slight slope toward the door. I checked with a 4 foot level and found mine tilts back toward the house wall by about 3/4 of an inch. That means every storm pushes water against my foundation and frame, not out. Anyone else had to repour or shim their slab to fix drainage? How much did that run you?
