My neighbor's pepper garden has turned into a monthly endurance test for our block
He keeps leaving bags of Carolina Reapers on my porch, and I'm running out of ways to use them without scorching my taste buds. Any creative recipes or challenges I can try to make this fun?

Monthly endurance test... is it really that dramatic? I mean, free peppers sound like a win, even if they're nuclear. You could just toss them if it's too much, no?

Seriously, drying them into chili flakes is the move... it tames the heat but still gives you that kick. You get to use them up over months without the guilt trip. Lets you keep the pride but skip the nuclear fallout.

Try dealing with a dozen ghost peppers every month. They're not just hot, they're weaponized. I once made a sauce that cleared out my kitchen for hours. You can't just toss them, that's wasteful, and the guilt eats at you. Plus, the challenge becomes a weird point of pride. Now I'm stuck in a spicy arms race with myself.
