Cold pizza myth died for me after one bad week on nights
Everyone swears by cold pizza at 3am, but last week I finally had enough. Three nights in a row I grabbed a slice from the break room box and it tasted like cardboard with grease. Then on Thursday I tossed a couple slices in a skillet with a little butter, crispy bottom and melted cheese, and it was a whole different meal. Am I the only one who thinks reheating pizza beats the cold stuff every time, or is there some trick to cold slices I'm missing?
