I finally found a tool wall that works in 90 square feet

Last month I moved into a 90 sq ft studio downtown and my drill, saw, and clamps kept ending up in a heap on the floor. I tried a pegboard but it ate half my wall and looked like a mess. Then a buddy in Portland told me to mount a metal yardstick strip with cheap magnetic hooks, cost me 14 bucks total. Now everything hangs flat against the side of my bookshelf, even the circular saw. Anyone else using magnets to store heavy gear without drilling into rental walls?
