Finally sorted my spice drawer for all those vegan curries

Took an afternoon to clean out the junk and line up all my jars. Now I can spot the cumin and turmeric right away without searching. Used it to make a quick chickpea masala last night and it was so much easier. Really glad I did this small thing.

Actually, that whole "spot things right away" idea kills the fun of cooking for me. Half the time I find a cool old spice I forgot about while digging around. Having everything too neat takes away those surprise discoveries.
