I'm planning to ship my SUV to the East Coast and I'm considering Freedom Auto Transport. Has anyone here worked with them? I'm mostly concerned about hidden fees and if they handle everything door to door.

I had a similar good experience. They were honest about the timeline and the car arrived clean. I called them a few times with questions and they always answered. Reliable company.

Yes, I used them to transport my Jeep from Florida to New York. No hidden fees at all. The quote they gave me upfront was exactly what I paid. Door to door service was convenient because my new place had limited parking. Good communication throughout.
