My barber in Chicago talked me out of an AI scheduling bot
He said 'bro I've got 12 chairs and a waiting list, your app can't feel when someone's actually late,' and he was right. I spent 3 weeks building it for him and he still uses a paper book, has anyone else had a small business owner just shut down your AI pitch like that?

Your app can't feel when someone's actually late" is honestly the best take on AI scheduling I've ever heard. Dude runs 12 chairs with a waiting list, he doesn't need software, he needs a clone.
