Our AI scheduling bot double-booked 3 clients in one day last week

I set up an AI scheduling assistant for my side freelance work, thought it would be a time saver. Last Tuesday it completely glitched and confirmed appointments for two different clients at 2pm, plus another at 2:30. I ended up having to call all three and apologize, then manually rework the whole week. Has anyone else had an AI tool just totally drop the ball on something this basic?

Yeah, but isn't that kind of on you for trusting it with that many slots without checking first? I feel like people treat these things like magic instead of what they are, which is a fancy calendar robot that still needs a human watching it.
