Overheard a guy at the coffee shop talking about AI writing his emails...
I was grabbing my morning latte yesterday and this dude next to me was telling his friend he uses an AI tool to write all his work emails now. He said it saves him like 2 hours a week because he just gives it a few bullet points and it spits out a full draft. That got me thinking... I spend so much time tweaking my emails to sound professional but not too stiff. I tried it myself last night with one of those free AI writers and honestly it was pretty decent. It caught a few typos I missed and made my tone more consistent. But I also noticed it added some words I'd never use like 'utilize' which felt fake. Has anyone else messed around with AI for work emails? Do you find yourself editing them a ton before sending?

Yeah @seanh91 I think you're onto something with that own your voice thing. It's like how everyone started using those "smart" thermostats a few years back and suddenly nobody knew how to set a basic timer anymore.
