Rant: Paid AI reviews are flooding the healthcare forum I moderate

I help run a medical device discussion board and last month we deleted 47 posts that were basically AI-generated hype for the same robotic surgery system. Half of them came from brand new accounts pushing the exact same talking points. The other half of the debate is that some members say the tech is genuinely good and we're too quick to ban, but I'd rather see real patient outcomes than scripted endorsements. Does anyone else have tools or rules for spotting these paid AI shills before they take over a niche community?
