Sat next to a farmer at a diner who told me his drone maps every field now

He said it saves him 6 hours a week on checking crop health alone, and he's been farming for 40 years. Made me wonder what other old school jobs are getting quietly flipped by AI that nobody talks about.

You really trust a machine buzzing over your crops more than what you can see with your own two eyes? What happens when that drone glitches out during a big storm and you've got no soil data for a whole week?
