Spent Tuesday cleaning up AI slop from a client's brochure design

Honestly, I had this one client who wanted me to use an AI image generator to make some brochure art for their local bakery in Austin. They loved the first few results, but then Tuesday hit and I had to fix like 15 images where the generator added weird extra arms to people holding croissants. Spent the whole day in Photoshop erasing weird AI hands and fixing text that looked like gibberish on product labels. Has anyone else been stuck cleaning up those little AI mistakes that just make things look off?

Man, isn't it wild how AI just can't seem to get hands right no matter what? My trick is to run the generation at a higher resolution first, it cuts down on the weird hand stuff by maybe 40 percent. Still have to go in with Photoshop's liquify tool to reshape fingers that look like they're made of rubber. And forget about text entirely, I just plan to photoshop that in myself because the AI always turns it into gibberish. It's annoying but honestly, I've just started telling clients upfront that AI-assisted work needs a half day buffer for cleanup.
