Switched from manual lead scoring to an AI model 3 months ago

I used to spend 4 hours every Monday ranking leads by hand in our CRM spreadsheet until I tried a tool called Lumenate that auto-scores based on past conversions. It cut my prep time to 20 minutes but now I'm second-guessing whether the AI is missing the subtle cues I used to catch. Has anyone else dealt with that trade-off between speed and gut feel?

@jamies45 that laser vs tape measure analogy is spot on. Read a study saying AI catches 92% of cues but misses the weird outliers.

Switched from a tape measure to a laser one for carpentry and still catch myself double-checking with the old ruler. Trusting the numbers vs trusting your own eyes is a weird spot to be in.
