Trained an AI model on six months of chat logs and it started recommending the wrong product sizes

Customer service went from 12 tickets a day to 45 because the model kept suggesting kids' sizes to adults, so now I'm manually retraining it from scratch.

45 tickets doesn't sound like the end of the world though.

Tbh that's rough, I feel for you. I've had projects where something that seemed simple just blew up in a weird way and it's a pain to backtrack and fix everything manually.
