Am I the only one who had their air fryer basket handle snap off mid-cook?

I was making some sweet potato fries for the kids on Tuesday, and when I went to pull the basket out, the plastic handle just broke clean off in my hand. Had to use tongs to fish the hot basket out, which was a real pain. Anyone know a good way to get a replacement part for a Bella model, or am I just looking at a new unit?

My Bella handle broke after just six months.

Honestly I had the exact same issue with mine, @ross.river. If you email their support with a photo of the break they'll usually send a replacement no questions asked. Took me like a week to get a new one.
