I finally tried making a whole chicken in the air fryer after my neighbor swore by it
My neighbor Gina told me she cooks a 4-pound chicken in her air fryer every Sunday and said 'it's faster and the skin gets way crispier than the oven'. I tried it last night and she was totally right, the skin was perfect. Has anyone else done this and have tips for keeping the breast meat from drying out?
