My air fryer timer knob snapped off mid-cook on a Sunday roast
I was making chicken thighs at 375 and the plastic knob just cracked when I went to adjust the time, leaving me with a little metal nub I can't turn. Has anyone found a good replacement knob that holds up to the heat, or did you just switch to a digital model?

Just get some pliers and twist the nub until you can set it right. Cheaper than a whole new air fryer.
