Hot sauce and regret" is a solid base, I've built whole meals on that. My go-to is just Frank's RedHot and melted butter, which is basically regret with a college degree. It's fancy enough for guests but still lets you hate yourself a little in the morning.

Mix that regret sauce with some nachos at 2am and you've got a full emotional breakdown. Been there, spent the next hour crying over both the heat and my life choices. One time I added so much I'm pretty sure I saw the future. It's less a recipe and more a cry for help, honestly.
